Theme : The basic pattern of Origami cranes
“Origami cranes are the basic of the basics for anyone who does origami”
I’ve been thinking like so.
However, my daughters (11 and 8 years old) can’t fold it by themselves.
It was unthinkable when I was a child.
Everyone was folding origami cranes as a matter of course.
This is where I feel that times have changed.
Before getting the chance to immerse themselves in folding origami, there are so many things around them that catch their attention.
They bring origami papers to school, but their preoccupation is exchanging cute origami papers with their friends.
Don’t you fold??

Back to the work, a new discovery was to be able to make a box by pulling out the basic pattern of origami crane.
I was excited to feel the sense of creating a origami work from basic patterns following to origami squirrel.
