Origami Challenge #Day 4
Work: Spiral shell
Theme : Trisection, Isosceles right triangle
A method of trisecting origami paper is introduced.
【Haga Theorem】
A theorem that says that if you fold the endpoints of the opposite side to the bisection point of a square, you get a trisection point on the side.
——-
When I folded it while accompanying my daughter’s piano practice, the trisection was not accurate and I couldn’t complete the work.
I realized how important it is to fold correctly.
I changed my mind and focused on the trisection.
I was able to fold spiral shells correctly and neatly at the second time.
The failed work. Can you find where is the erroneous part?
