I want to show everyone how fun origami can be!
That’s what I was thinking.
But in order to do that, I have to enjoy it first !
I’ve decided to show how I enjoy origami in my daily life.
So, I’m starting “Origami Challenge”.
I will try to fold a book from start to finish!
Like a diary, I will report my progress and write what I felt and how I enjoyed.
The book I’m going to try is
“Genuine Origami: 43 Mathematically-Based Models, From Simple to Complex”
By Jun Maekawa
The reason why I chose this book is….
- The works are mainly folded with a single sheet of origami paper.
- The works are ordered from beginner to advanced in the book.
The author’s comments are also excellent.
I tried to make the book in such a way that if you follow the steps, you will be able to fold more complicated works.I think it will be fun to play the book like a game, completing each piece one by one.
In this book, there are various discussions about origami, development drawings, and other topics.
I’m sure that this book will give me a new way to enjoy origami.
I wonder if I will be able to reach the final piece.
What will I feel when I have completed?
I am very excited to my challenge from today.
Thank you!!
